About Us
We are a team of accredited mindfulness coaches passionate about making evidence-based practice accessible to everyone.
Purposeful Coaching, Rooted in Practice
Chivrealthor was established in London with one clear aim: to offer mindfulness coaching that is grounded, practical, and genuinely supportive — not a passing trend, but a meaningful discipline.
Our coaching philosophy is informed by Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic awareness approaches. We believe everyone has the capacity to develop a sustainable inner practice, regardless of their starting point.
Over more than a decade, we have worked with individuals, families, and organisations across London and beyond, helping them develop greater self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a steadier relationship with uncertainty.
